Label co-owner Heist steps up for his first solo release on Co-Lab for a good while and it feels good!

Its been a period of transition for Jim Heist, building a new studio, tutoring the next generation of DnB stars, releasing his debut album on the seminal "Low Down Deep", high profile sample packs and features in top music journals not to mention Dj’ing and raising his family.

Its of little wonder that he hasn’t been able to find much time to do what he loves the most and does best, make music!

So we are pleased to say he is back with a fresh batch of beats that will be consistently released from here on in starting with the heavyweight, Transformer’s inspired "Sludge".
